Nipple Correction
It is common for both men and women to have abnormal nipples such as inverted or enlarged nipples. At Transform these abnormalities can be mended with a simple nipple correction leaving you looking beautiful and confident. Nipple correction is a common procedure that is usually performed under local anesthesia, so the patient can leave on the same day as soon as the procedure is over.
In the case of enlarged nipples a nipple reduction is performed where a part of the milk duct may have to be cut making breast feeding impossible. In case you want to continue breast feeding post surgery then you can discuss it with your consultant at Transform who will then offer you a different procedure where the milk ducts will be protected. With inverted nipples, there will be no visible scars and no need to compromise the milk ducts. However, if the inverted nipple is severe then breast feeding would no longer be possible post surgery
